Health is an asset

Health is an asset, building a

fairer and healthier world should be our prime responsibility

7th of April is celebrated as the World Health Day which also marks the anniversary of World Health Organisation (WHO) – a department of United Nations.

This year 2023, World Health Day theme is “Health For All”, which encompasses the equal access for a good quality health services both physical and mental health across all regions with limited or no financial risk.

We currently live in an unequal world.  While some people are living healthier lives, they have more access to quality health care and work-living opportunities than others.

On the other hand, most people around the world are fighting for daily income, the housing crisis is glaring and limited access to good education, lack of opportunities in employment, wide gender inequality, a safe environment, clean water-clean air, and safe food shortage, and critical health services.

  1. I am also one of the person who suffered a lot with pain till 2 years.... I have been visited to every orthopaedic doctors of my district but no pain relief as those doctors prescribed me pain killers which worked only for temporary time so after two months I moved to another city for treatment with chiropractor who gave me therapies , although at initially those therapies worked but not for longer period so again suffered with lot of pain .. so after visiting 6-7 doctors even I visited Ayurvedic centre where they told me that they would put me in Panchkarma therapies for 1 year atleast then they could confirm me whether my slip disc curable or not but as I met with Dr. Kriti she took my case which became a good turning in my treatment where she advised to go through surgery only when she had tried each and every rehab exercises which worked but not completely so after surgery i again joined the rehab exercises advised by Dr. Kriti , then i got cured almost 99% , as of now I can sit and do my work easily and even can sleep without pain .... So it became possible with good guidance by doctors like Kriti....
